Rachel Lee Carter
Mrs. North Carolina United States 2009 Rachel Lee Carter is happily married to Daryl and blessed to be the mother of two entertaining little boys, Jack, (8), and Jude, (1). She has been a professional model for the past 20 years and has traveled the globe to over 30 countries. Some of her clients include Revlon, Cover Girl, and Tommy Hilfiger.
Although she has worked in the fashion industry most of her life, she is now enjoying staying home with her boys. One of her passions is using her position as a professional model to travel the nation promoting modesty in an otherwise “skin is in” society. She’s had the privilege of sharing this message and one of “Overcoming Obstacles” with thousands. She is humbled by these opportunities and seeks only to encourage through experience!
