Octavia Roberson-Lake
Mrs. Wisconsin United States 2009 Octavia is passionate about building a stronger foundation in today’s youth through confidence and education. She lives the motto “knowledge is power”. This power is exercised every time an adult of any age takes steps to creating their destiny through higher education.
Octavia has a Master Degree in Business Administration, while holding dual Bachelors of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Business Management and Human Resource Management.
